 Synopsis:
When a rural school board offers generous loans to 3 B. Ed students in exchange for a post-graduate year teaching in their local high school, why would any cash-strapped student refuse? That’s what Patty Wilson thought when she took their money. Now she finds herself sharing quarters with 2 somewhat eccentric roommates, strange things are happening and certain questions demand answers. Is Sassy really spending all that time in the bathroom meditating, or is she engaged in something more sinister? Are the big money boys actually out to harm or kill Bobby for his student activism days? After all it was only a demonstration against blancmange pudding. Is real danger lurking outside, or possibly inside the house? Could paranoia be a communicable disease?  Will hard scrubbing remove blood stains? Maybe the only logical answer is accidents do happen. Maybe not.
